Endings

4 weeks’ notice is the required notice before terminating therapy, as working together towards a satisfactory ending is a particularly important part of therapy.
Online working
We may work online throughout our relationship, or we may wish to mix and match face-to-face sessions with online sessions. When working online I will email you a Zoom link, prior to each session. If we experience IT problems during the session, I will call you to arrange alternative ways to communicate. Please try to find a confidential space where you do not feel overheard, headphones can help with this. I too will be in a confidential space.
